All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is subject to stock levels. We will notify you promptly if a product you have ordered is unavailable or backordered.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Cyclodex ships chemical products in accordance with applicable DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations. Shipping terms, carriers, and transit times are provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees in their jurisdiction.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of chemical reagents, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used materials. If you receive a product that is damaged, mislabeled, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at cyclodexpert@cyclodex.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
