Why Cyclodextrins?
Cyclodextrins are cyclic oligosaccharides with a hydrophilic outer surface and a hydrophobic internal cavity. This amphiphilic structure lets them act as solubilizers and research tools across pharmaceutical, food, and analytical work.
Inclusion Complex Formation
